Tutorial how to set salesman to view all agent aging and outstanding SO

1. Login SalesHero backend. From the side bar menu, Click on ‘Setting’’ and select ‘Maintain Salesman’ from the drop down menu.

2. Select a salesman from the salesman list.

3. In salesman setting, under aging and outstanding SO report setting. Click on (+) to show out all menu.

View Own sales agent's aging and outstanding SO means to view own customer list aging and outstanding SO for own agent. If choose this setting, The salesman can view own customer list aging and outstanding SO only.

View other sales agent's aging and outstanding SO means to view own customer list aging and outstanding SO for all salesman. If choose this setting, The salesman can view other customer list aging and outstanding SO only. (If salesman can view the customer aging and outstanding if can view customer in their customer list)

View All sales agent's aging and outstanding SO means the salesman can view all customer list aging and outstanding SO for all salesman. If choose this setting, The salesman can view all customer list aging and outstanding SO.

4. Once done setting, save the salesman setting and inform salesman to sync and check in aging and outstanding SO report.
