Tutorial Step How to use route delivery

Android Version

1. In SH App, from the menu side bar, select route delivery module.

2. In pending tab, Tick on the  document number to select the document.

3. Click on the Summary Button, to view document details.

4. Click on the route button to access the document route delivery page. 

a. Click on Ship once the order has Been delivered

b. Click on ‘start Navigation’ to open default navigation App.

c. Click on ‘Exit Route’ back to route delivery list.

5. Once done shipped the item,  Click on the ship button,   Then enter the verification code and click save.

6. The route delivery will change status from pending to shipped.

IOS Version

1. In SH App Home page, Click on Route Delivery to access to Route delivery module               

   2. In Route Delivery Module page, Under pending order tab, Select the Delivery task the Assigned you want to proceed. 

On the top right have summary and route button.

-Click on summary button to view order details

-Click on route button to access the route function               

3. Click on summary button to view order details.                         

-Click on the route delivery to back to route delivery  Page.           

4. a.Click on ‘start navigation’ to open Navigation  App, The navigation will redirect you to the Shipping address location.

b. Click on ‘Exit Route’ & ‘home’  back to  Route Delivery list.

c. Click on ship once the order has  been delivered    

d. Click on cancel if the customer rejected the delivery order.

5. Click on ship once the order has been delivered.  You will need to enter the verification code to confirmed the delivery order and save it. Click on cancel if the customer rejected the delivery Order. You will need to enter the cancel reason in Order to Cancel the delivery order. 

6. Once done, The Route  delivery status will be update to Shipping as in the picture above.
